Construction is under way on the third James Perse clothing store in the Los Angeles area. Located in Beverly Hills this store, as well as the others were designed by Architect Jeff Allsbrook/Standard. A late August opening is planned, check back for more photos.
The Ivarene Project, a three story modern industrial residence is Bonura Building’s first foray into “green” construction. Prior to starting the project, the homeowner had an environmental inspection of the existing home. In planning the addition/remodel the guidelines and recommendations by Environmental Inspections + Solutions of Malibu California have been taken into consideration. 
CJ Bonura and Tm Gratkowski are currently re-designing the popular West Hollywood coffee house Cafe Marco. Check back for construction photos.
Bonura Building is also involved in commercial construction, tenant improvements. Designed by Architect Barbara Bestor, Intelligentsia is a new specialty coffee house in the Sunset Junction area of Los Angeles opening soon.
Designed by Architect Ivan Kady this house is in the Mt. Washington area with great views of Downtown Los Angeles. Currently in construction, check back for more photos as we progress.
